Cathay Life Insurance to inject 400m yuan into the Chinese mainland join venture. 

Cathay Financial Holdings' wholly-owned unit, Cathay Life Insurance Co Ltd, has decided to inject 400 million yuan into Cathay Life Insurance Co Ltd (Shanghai), according to a statement by the holding company.

Cathay Life Insurance Company Ltd (Shanghai) is a 50-50 joint venture formed by Cathay Life Insurance Co Ltd (Taiwan) and China Eastern Holding Company.
