　　马克?海勒在2006/2007演出季中首次亮相美国大都会歌剧院，在普拉西多?多明戈主演的谭盾作品《秦始皇》中出演“作家”这一关键角色。作为一位出色的、多才多艺的男高音歌唱家，马克?海勒正逐渐引起世界关注，与洛杉矶歌剧院、柏林轻歌剧院、纽约市歌剧院和荷兰歌剧院合作过。作为音乐会歌唱家，他在卡内基音乐厅出演过独唱音乐会，在林肯表演艺术中心出演过威尔第安魂曲弥撒音乐会。《四季》演出是马克?海勒在中国的首演。

Marc Heller made his Metropolitan Opera debut last season in the pivotal role of The Composer in Tan Dun’s The First Emperor, with Placido Domingo in the title role. This season he appeared at the Metropolitan Opera as Tybalt in the movie simulcast of Romeo et Juliette with Anna Netrebko and Roberto Alagna. Rapidly gaining an international reputation as a brilliant, versatile tenor, he has also sung with the Los Angeles Opera, Komische Oper Berlin, New York City Opera and the Netherlands Opera. As a concert artist , Mr. Heller has appeared in solo recital at Carnegie Recital Hall and in Verdi’s Requiem at Lincoln Center. In the 2008-09 season he will again appear at the Metropolitan Opera in The First Emperor, reviving his role as The Composer. These performances of The Seasons mark his debut in China.
